Originally built in 1925 as the home of Dominion Motors, a Ford automobile dealership and repair facility, this heritage site underwent a complete transformation as a premium office location. Adhering to strict heritage construction standards, 30,000 square feet of floor space were restored with STX 100 PRIMER and up to 2” of the LEVELINE 15 underlayment, an unusually thick layer that demands extreme diligence and attention to detail during installation.
