The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI), part of Niagara County Community College (NCCC), has seven state of the art teaching kitchens for culinary and baking and pastry arts students. Students also learn about hospitality, tourism, event-planning and restaurant management. The NCCC’s $17.1 million Hospitality and Tourism Center project included treatment of 6,200 square feet of flooring, treated with PRIMER STX 100 and LEVELINE 15.
