This development features four residential towers (ranging from 39-48-floors) with 1,350 units built to LEED gold standard specifications. The units – from studios to 1-3 bedroom layouts and den homes – range in size from 413 to 1,750 square feet (39-125 m2) in size. Both STX 100 PRIMER and LEVELINE 15 underlayment were used to treat all floors in the residential units.
