The quarry tile floors at the Waukesha County Technical College were in need of repair and rather than replace, they choose to install a polished topping overlay. After removing the existing quarry tile and mud bed floor the area was left with a 1-¼” void to fill and resurface. Due to the depth of the pour, the installing contractor pre-filled with the RENEW WS with no added aggregate and installed a 3/8” cap with aggregate added the following day. After approximately 2 days of cure, they proceeded with the polishing phase and were extremely pleased with the end results.
